2021 National Conference FAQ

Q: If I register for either the full or main conference options and become an AARM member, do I get the conference recordings at no charge?
A: If you are a current member (prior to registering for 2021 Annual Conference) you will receive the conference recordings at no charge. If you became a member with your 2021 conference registration and would like the conference recordings, the cost is $125.

Q: If I purchase the “two for the price of one” promotional conference registration, do we both get access to the conference recordings?
A: If you add a friend or colleague to your registration for free, that person does not receive conference recordings for free.

Q: If I purchase the “two for the price of one” promotional conference registration, do we both get a CME certificate?
A: All attendees will receive CME credits for watching conference educational sessions live. AARM relies on the honor system and does not audit attendee participation. It is up to the attendee to claim the credits available for educational sessions that they watched live, and submit the certificates to their certifying agency.

Q: What happens if I have an emergency and cannot watch an educational session live?
A: You can watch the session recording later on your own schedule. Registrants who were previously AARM members will receive access to the session recordings at no charge. Non-members will have to pay $125 for access to the recordings. It is up to the attendee to claim the credits for sessions they watched, and to submit the certificate to the certifying agency. AARM relies on the honor system and does not audit attendee participation.

Q: What is the early bird deadline date?
A: There is no early bird deadline for the 2021 Annual Conference, the registration price listed on the website will not change.

Q: Will I be able to switch and view the alternate tracks easily?
Yes, you will receive instructions on how to “move” between presentations. It will involve leaving one Zoom session and entering the other.

Q: I want to attend both the Peptides Workshop and another presentation being held at the same time, can I do this?
A: As with an on-site event, you can only be in one place at one time. However, you could watch the Peptides Workshop live and later view the other presentation. Please note that the Peptides Workshop will not be recorded, so that must be viewed live.

Q: What happens to the CME credits if I can’t watch the whole conference?
A: Attendees eligible for CME credits can claim them if they watch an educational session live. AARM relies on the honor system and does not audit attendee participation.

Q: I’m considering enrolling in the Restorative Medicine Herbal Fellowship. If I pay for full access conference registration and then decide to enroll in the fellowship, can I apply the full access registration payment to the cost of the fellowship?
A: Yes, the amount you pay for the 2021 Annual Conference registration can be applied to the price of the fellowship.

Q: If I pay for the T3 Exam, what is the deadline for taking the exam?
A: There is no deadline, but it is recommended to take the exam within 30 days of the conference.

Q: Do I have to pay to attend the T3 track classes?
A; The T3 track classes are included in the price of the registration. The price to take the exam for certification is $150.

Q: Who do I contact if I am having trouble logging into the conference?
A: Call us at 866-962-2276 and we’ll be glad to help you log in.

Q: Can I buy the conference recordings on the AARM website?
A: If you have registered to attend the conference you can purchase the conference recordings directly from the website for $125.

Q: When will the conference recordings be available? How do I access them?
A: The recordings will be available about two weeks after the conference concludes. You will be sent an email with a link to access the recordings. The recordings will remain available indefinitely.

Q: When will the conference proceedings (slides) be available?
A: The conference proceedings will be available several days before the conference. You will be sent an email with a link to download the PDF files.

Q: Will I be able to ask the speaker questions?
A: There will be special Q&A sessions, as indicated on the schedule, where you can ask questions by typing them into the Q&A window in Zoom. The moderator will select questions and read them to panelists.

Q: How does the virtual exhibit hall work?
A: Each exhibitor will have a page on the conference website, where there is information about the company, including a video, a featured product or service, show special offers, links to the company’s website, and staff contact information. Attendees will be able to chat with exhibitor staff in real time via a chat window. Attendees will access the virtual exhibit hall by going to restorativemedicine.org/exhibits.
