Step 1: Click on your mobile device platform below and download the QuickMobile Events app. iPhone, iPad, and Android are supported.
Step 2: Open the app and enter event ID: AIRMC16 (letters must be in all caps)
Step 3: Log in with your user name (your email address) and the password: vermont
If you don't have an iOS or Android mobile device, you can access the web version here. Search for event AIRMC16 and log in with your email and the password vermont.
How To Use The Conference App
Set up your profile: Go to My Profile, add a photo of yourself and some biographical information. Also enter any other information you'd like to share, such as your website address. Under Interests, indicate your practice specialty, primary modalities you use, and your skill level in botanical medicine.
Connect with other attendees: Go to Attendees, and click on Like Minded. You'll see a list of attendees who share your interests. Click on an attendee profile to learn more about them. Send a message to those you'd like to network with.
Add Contacts: Go to Messaging, and write a message requesting an attendee's 4-digit PIN. Once they reply, go to Contacts and enter the PIN to add that attendee to your Contacts.
Create a customized schedule: Go to Schedule and browse the list of events. Each class has a description which includes goals and objectives for the lecture. Select a favorite by tapping on the star. Favorites will appear in My Schedule as a customized conference schedule.
Get important conference info: Go to Info Booth for important conference information, including WiFi access, ground transportation, meals, parking, and how to receive CME/CE credits.
Find things to do: Go to Info Booth and select Recreation and Entertainment to find suggestions for things to do during your free time. Go to Maps for a map of downtown Burlington with the locations of several attractions.
Build a custom exhibit list: Go to Exhibitors, browse the exhibitors at the conference. Tap on a star to put an exhibitor into My Exhibitors, your custom list of exhibits to visit.
Get your CME/CE credits: Go to Surveys, select a speaker evaluation to complete (evaluations will appear when the class begins). After attending a class, you must complete the speaker evaluation to receive CME/CE credits. There is also a General CME Evaluation in Surveys which must be completed.
Access speaker slides: Go to Documents, select a speaker slide set or handout to view. Tap on favorites to put the document into My Briefcase, your customized document list.
Receive conference updates: Go to Activity Feed to see important announcements about the conference.
Upload a photo to share: Go to Gallery where you can view conference photos and upload a photo that you want to share.
