The Annual International Restorative Medicine Conference provides physicians with an extraordinary opportunity to learn from internationally-recognized experts in hormone therapy, nutrition, and botanical medicine. Speakers present emerging research and up-to-date protocols that empower physicians to maximize patient recovery rates and build their practices.

Who Attends?

For 2020, the conference returns to the East Coast. We expect up to 250 attendees for the 2020 conference in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Attendees are primarily physicians (MDs, NDs, DOs) interested in anti-aging and integrative medicine. Other health care providers attending the conference include physician assistants, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, registered nurses, acupuncturists, and nutritionists. We encourage you to register early since exhibitor booths have sold out the last three years.

Exhibitor Registration Price

  • 10' x 10' Booth: $3,800

Exhibitor Package includes:
10 foot table, two chairs, wireless internet access, two exhibitor badges & company listing in conference app. Exhibitor registration does not include attendee list, lunch plan, or CME credits.

Note: Exhibitors may attend educational sessions if space is available after all attendees have been seated. Additional exhibitor registrations are available for $300 each person. Exhibitor or sponsor registrants do not receive CME/CE credits.

Exhibitors at the 2020 Restorative Medicine Conference will have many opportunities to connect with conference attendees. There will be up to 8.5 hours of unopposed exhibit time during the three-day conference. The conference schedule is:

Location and Lodging

A limited number of guest rooms at the Sonesta Resort will be available at group rates starting at $199 per night, plus taxes and fees. The room block will be guaranteed until July 20, 2020.

  • How many exhibitors and attendees do you host? What are the demographics?
    We expect up to 250 attendee, primarily physicians (MDs, NDs, DOs) interested in anti-aging and integrative medicine.     Yes sales are allowed
  • What are the daily exhibit hours?
    There will be up to 8.5 hours of unopposed exhibit time during the three-day conference. The conference schedule can be seen above under "Exhibit Space and Hours".
  • How many complimentary exhibitor badges are included with a booth purchase?
    The Exhibitor package includes two badges. Additional badges can be purchased for $300. The following is also provided at no extra cost:Pipe and drape booth; one 10 foot table; two chairs
  • Are carpet and electricity included, or charged separately?

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation before or on June 1, 2020, a refund of fees paid will be made minus a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations received after June 1, 2020, there will be no
refunds.

Connect With Up to 250 Physicians In An Intimate Setting

Unlike other conferences where hundreds of exhibits compete for attendees’ attention, at the Restorative Medicine Conference we limit the number of exhibitors to ensure greater exposure.

There will be no more than 30 exhibitors at this conference.

The higher ratio of attendees to exhibitors means the physicians attending the conference will be able to focus more of their attention on your exhibit and your products.
