Your Opportunity to Connect With Physicians in an Intimate Setting

AARM conferences provide physicians with an extraordinary opportunity to learn from internationally-recognized experts in hormone therapy, nutrition, and botanical medicine. Speakers present emerging research and up-to-date protocols that empower physicians to maximize patient recovery rates and build their practices.

Attendees are primarily physicians (MDs, NDs, DOs) interested in anti-aging, complementary, and alternative medicine. Other health care providers attending the conference include physician assistants, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, registered nurses, acupuncturists, and nutritionists.

Unlike other conferences where hundreds of exhibits compete for attendees’ attention, at AARM conferences we limit the number of exhibitors to ensure greater exposure. The higher ratio of attendees to exhibitors at AARM conferences means physicians are able to focus more of their attention on your exhibit and your products. Physicians attending our conferences are not racing around a huge exhibit hall, trying to squeeze it all in. Instead, they have plenty of time to talk with all the exhibitors and really learn what they offer.

In addition to basic exhibit space, AARM conferences offer several different sponsorship packages. Being a sponsor is a great way to enhance your company’s visibility before, during, and after the conference. Sponsors receive priority booth location, complimentary tote bag inserts, and enhanced logo visibility. Some sponsorship levels also include complimentary conference program advertising, extended exhibit time, and complimentary access to attendee registration lists.
